Beautiful Glaoui rug handwoven by the Berber tribe from Taznakht in the Atlas region.  It is an accomplished artistry of weaving, knotting and embroidery that make the Glaoui rug so unique and desirable.  Traditionally made for weddings, it is the women of the tribe who make the rugs and have passed down the techniques and designs through generations.  A combination of camel hair, wool and cotton are used.  Each rug is completely unique, something very special to have in your home.
