Beautiful handmade Moroccan henna ceiling-mounted lampshade, with exquisite henna detailing.

These lamps are made by our craftsmen-suppliers in the Medina in Marrakech, and are very unusual. They are constructed with a wrought iron frame, over which cured hide is secured. The henna detailing and colour is then added by hand. Because this is a natural material, there are attractive variations in colour density across the surface. The result is soft, subtle lighting, transforming the ambience of any room.

This lampshade incorporates chains and hooks, and is designed to be suspended from the ceiling below a standard ceiling rose and bulbholder. We recommend a 40W max bulb size.
