Delivery Charges

The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the ‘Checkout’ section of the web site.  In some cases you may need to contact us to obtain an exact price for the delivery.

Deliveries outside the UK

Please note that the delivery prices quoted are for delivery of products within mainland UK. All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us.  Deliveries of some items to non-mainland and Europe are possible and a delivery price will be provided on request.

Returns Policy

We have a full returns policy, so if you are unhappy with your item, return it to us and we will either refund your money, or exchange it for another item. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
